Strange, huh. The fact that the general public and lots of dr's, too, think this is all in our heads. Thank God my doctor isn't one of them. Even if I was qualifed at some later date, I am single and live alone. Wouldn't have any money to pay rent until the payments started coming. I have asked my HR dept. if the long term disability that I pay for would work--they have ignored the question completely. I appreciate your reply and will check again with Soc. Sec. in a few weeks.
