oatmeal with a banana every morning, some health crackers made of rice seeds and flaxseeds. i've been eating recipes from the eating for ibs book, and would bring that for lunch. (either something with noodles or rice) and i would have the banana bread for snack or the chocolate pudding.
and lately oatmeal again for supper because i wanted the fiber or i would have a chicken stirfry with veggies and rice.
oh and i make a fruit shake to mix in the tummy fiber- mango, banana and strawberry
