Personally I am fine with coconut as long as the total fat in my stomach at one time is still less than 1/3. A lot of people are scared of coconut. I don't like avocadoes but have learned to like home,ade guacamole.
Go ahead and try coconut products but keep the total fat per meal down. Coconut milk is a great cream substitute.
