My doctor wants to confirm that i have lactose intolerance. I havent drank milk or had much dairy in my diet in years but i remember recently (months ago) having problems with sour cream, pizza, and 2% milk fat greek yogurt.
So once you reacted did they stop or did you have to do the full 3 hours?
