Uncontrollable fear-help plz?       03/07/11 12:27 AM Edit Reply Quote NASCARAFN161 Reged: 01/09/11 Posts: 89 Sometimes when I get from minor symptoms of pain to any kind of attack, I start doing stuff, like shaking. I understand it can't kill me, etc., but I don't think the shaking etc., got me any place worse. Still, it bothers me. My theory: I think the fear has become involuntary and is now uncontrollable at this point. What do you guys make of this, if anything? Thank you all so much!
