Hi everyone!

I started taking a no name inulin brand fiber supplement back in November, and wow, my tummy is much happier!! I take about 12 grams per day with meals and snacks. My achy bloated gassy stomach is basically a thing of the past, unless I eat something naughty but then I know what is coming and have no one to blame but me.

In any case, even though I feel so good and am only using the toilet 1-2 times per day (and NOT diharrea panic) my movements are not solid and shaped the way people say that theirs become after a while.

My question is, should they be? Should I be upping my dosage a little to achieve this?

I am currently taking a prenatal vitamin too by the way, (not pregnant though) so I thought the 27mgs of iron was going to fix this but hasn't...been taking it since January. I haven't checked to see how much magnesium is in the pill...

I am absolutely grateful for where I have gotten to! I just want to know if now that I feel more stable, I should be upping the dosage a bit to make my bowel movements more smooth rather than choppy and piecy (sorry lol!).

Thank you so much for your advice
