Is it possible to overdo, taking Probiotics. Am taking a Probiotic drink called Good Belly Big Shot, that my GI doc recommended, in addition to a probiotic capsule with lunch. Is there a risk of too much of a good thing, or does the natural "friendly" flora need to be replaced at such a fast rate that it doesn't matter? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
