I'm still working through a restricted diet, slowly adding new foods. i had some chocolate earlier. 73% cocoa organic. really good stuff. man, i was fine earlier, largely fine yesterday but i'm quite uncomfortable now.
look like something else i should avoid. anyone else experience this?
