Interesting. I have never heard of a test that could definitely tell you which GI flora bacteria are low. There are about 1500+ different kinds of bacteria in the bowel. To date only about 500 are known. From you posting it seems the test showed lacto and bifido are low. However, which ones out of the dozens of species did they say were low? How did you GP suggest you handle hookworm and the other parasites? It is usually treated with drugs.

Is you doc a GP or GI doc?
