Every now and then, I try to follow the "serving size" when it come to foods. (I even use a measuring cup for when I eat Corn Pops ) Now, this may sound like a dumb question, but in Eating for IBS, I believe Heather states that some people, instead of eating a few big meals in a day, should ear several small meals. For snacks, such as pretzels and Baked Lays in between meals, should I follow the "Serving Size" guidelines, or should I reduce the amount for snack time? Thanks, guys!
P.S., I just finished having pretzels (about a serving size). Would it be safe to have a serving size amount of Baked Lays for the big game tonight?
