Re: Trouble sleeping.       01/26/11 05:19 PM Edit Reply Quote Dizzy Reged: 03/04/07 Posts: 206 Loc: university place washington ok heres the thing did you eat the bacon alone? because thats a bad idea, honestly if i ate what you ate I'd probably be in a hospital for pain.the thing is I know your young and you don't have full controle over your diet, but you continue to ask questions and ignore the answers, you have to help yourself. there is no one else who can. why don't you try the diet the proper way for like two weeks? cut out all the questionable stuff. put in sf foods as a base. ditch the corn syrup, milk and high fat triggers and try the diet for real. you aren't diagnosed for ibs, but certainly trying the diet and seeing if it brings releif would be a way to help affirm your self diagnosis. everyone is here to be supportive, but you have to change what your doing if you want a result -------------------- ibc a but c predominent doing hypnotherapy and taking it one day at a time Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
