It will take time to see changes too (Digestive Advantage probiotics say 2 weeks but its probably more like 1-3 months). I do take probiotics but never tried those brands. I would probably take 2 of those FloraSmart since 6 billion isn't that much (i read adults should take 10-15 billion/day) or try a different brand with different strains of bacteria.
