This test is Quintron. It has a list of things to avoid the day before and a suggestion of dinner as plain chicken or fish and plain rice or eggs or chicken broth.
It doesn't mention peas or oats on the list and I wonder if I can eat those but it does mention grains and beans. I have leftover snap peas and tofu for lunch tomorrow but maybe can't have it. I also would like to have oatmeal for breakfast. It also doesn't mention spinach but does say no lettuce and no potatoes and I assume sweet potatoes. It also doesn't list citrus fruits.
The test says water is ok in small amounts but no sleeping between test start and end which was an idea I had to be able to go without food that long.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
