Cold medicine? and how to get back on track?       12/30/10 06:53 AM Edit Reply Quote lelac36 Reged: 09/29/10 Posts: 11 Loc: Boston, MA Does anyone know if syrups like benadryl liquid or cold eeze drops bother IBS? On top of IBS exacerbation I have a cold. I can't seem to get back on track since the holidays though I am eating nothing but what should be IBS safe foods:( I tried eating p. 22 suggestions for a couple days last week and I ended up feeling like I had mono I am guessing from a lack of protein and strain of holidays.
