I am fairly new to having IBS, diagnosed Post-infection and symptomatic since August this year. I found Heather's godsend cookbook and all was well-controlled until this week. Anyone else have breakthrough symptoms even when eating pretty much according to the diet? The only unusual thing was having cranberry juice on ice after a movie on Sunday. Came home and made a recipe from the cookbook that i have made before without problems, yet this time i have had problems gradually worsening since monday. I started eating off page 22 what to eat when you can't eat anything and I think i got worse. maybe the soymilk in the rice pudding. This is making for a lousy holiday!
