IBS -safe recipes with butternut squash?       12/20/10 06:08 PM Edit Reply Quote Briana Reged: 08/18/10 Posts: 3 Hello everyone! I'm looking for some suggestions on recipes that use butternut squash. I love the linguine recipe with the squash sauce in the Eating for IBS book, but I'd like some other ways to use squash.. I was thinking maybe a ravioli or something? I don't tolerate soy very well so nothing with soy substitutes... I'm trying to incorporate vegetables back into my diet as I don't eat many and know I need to, and the squash seems to be safe for me.
