Actually I'm in Canada as well, so my Benefiber is inulin. That's why I'm so puzzled...they are both supposed to be the same thing! It's not a coincidence either...I've tried it for 3 days using less and less. Every time the Benefiber gives me incredible gas pain! On my way to the store shortly to pick up some more cheap no name!
