I personally think cruises are the best vacations for people with IBS because you almost always have a bathroom close by. There was a previous thread about cruises that I posted on, which might help with any and all questions you have: web page . As for the motion sickness, I took motion sickness pills at the beginning of the cruise as a precaution, and found I didn't need them at all.. with the exception of when we took a ferry to an island and the waters were really rocky.
