Candida overgrowth and a too low ph are very common in people- not at all related to IBS. It is common to have both disorders. You don't have to go crazy with diet to help the candida. You can do some things to improve it gradually IMO like avoiding yeast and sugar and taking probitotics but not cutting out all carbs for now. What do you think about that?
