My RD told me that IBS is a "dumping ground" that doctors put people in who have functional disorders, and that more likely I have candida and should do the candida program: 1) Diet 2) Supplements The diet is like EFI in some ways, but differs in that it is low carb, low sugar whereas EFI has you eating a lot of carbs (like bread) as SF.
