Only time i have a BM now is if i take Mg daily and am able to eat and relax in the morning and be by myself- otherwise I will never go and ill be horribly bloated all day. i used to be able to get up go to work and go there but cant now. also when my girlfriend sleeps over ane we spend the next day together i wont go all day. i also travel a lot for work and sometimes the schedule messes with my regularity. fleet enemas have gotten me out of some major binds, but i wanted to see if they are safe to use occasionally- honestly sometimes the only option for me is an enema Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
