I told him my reaction - I was sick for two days - and he said that due to slow motility and slow digestion it was not uncommon to test positive long after leaving the office. He said in his opinion that did show I did have an intolerance to lactose, sucrose, fructose but he did not think SIBO. He said all were tested. I have to make another appointment to go in and he wants to speak with me about dietary guidelines and some other things he wants me to try for the IBS and intolerances. I told him I had been following Heather's guidelines and was looking to incorporate the FODMAPS approach as well. He agreed and wants me to bring them in for him to see and review with me.
