Hey Sheila, I can get it here in Canada.I believe the brand is Uncle Bob's. I never really paid attention to if it actually was hulless or not. I eat popcorn alot and I haven't had any problems with it irritating me.I do watch out for any large hulls and try to pick them out,they get stuck in my teeth and that irritates me. I will check this week and pick some up to pop and this time I will pay attention to how hulless it really is.If you like I could send you some to try. Chris
