so what about venison?       09/29/10 06:29 PM Edit Reply Quote lelac36 Reged: 09/29/10 Posts: 11 Loc: Boston, MA Hi, I am new to the world of IBS, not even fully confirmed via screening, but First Year IBS's diet suggestions have been very helpful so far and I am finally excited about menu planning after getting Cooking for IBS! I am going to make a grocery run this weekend and try some of the recipes after eating ridiculously little variety for two months. So I am wondering if anyone knows whether venison is any safer at all than traditional red meat/steak. It is supposed to be much lower in fat.
