I'm not the only one that it doesn't help. I started eating way more insoluble fiber than soluble and then finally started going to the bathroom by eating salads. Now I'm underweight and have to eat less veggies since I can barely eat from severe gas and veggies are way to low in calories. I weigh 83 pounds. I have severe yeast overgrowth. I started taking Natural Factors clon enzymes and have been going to the loo off and on no change in bloat/gas though. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
