i find that a cup of fennel tea in the morning helps me a lot. do you take any soluble fiber supplements? the acacia works great for me, and as soon as i stabilized my bloat was gone. it only comes back a little bit if i eat something naughty
i think maybe the fennel doesn't work for some people, but if i am bloated and feeling gassy (usually first thing in the morning-the absolute worst time for me) i feel that it calms things down a bit. might want to give it a try- i find that if i can settle the gas down, bloat usually goes along with it.
