Do talk to your doctor, and also be aware of the fact that you can't just stop anti-depressants from one day and that's it. You have to come off it slowly. I am no longer on Zoloft and never want to be again. The cell salts I have often advocated are a godsend, especially Kalium-Phosphoricum helps tremendously with both my IBS-C and my depression/OCD symptoms.
