IMO it is best to stay completely away from iceberg! lettuce and regular cabbage. I do okay with Chinese cabbage- especially homegrown, but can't eat cabbage. Iceberg bothers even normal people. Baby greens are much more tolerable or a nice, tender leaf lettuce or butter lettuce.
