so it's all a matter of artistic flair, just separate the yolk and the white prior to whisking.. wait! there is nothing to mix and whisk afterwards then my IBS is saving me serious time here!
thanks for your other post too, for us IBS-C sufferers life never presents horrendous scenarios of desperately needing the toilet whilst driving on the motorway, by comparison sluggish bowels are the lesser evil... for me personally the main bugbear is indeed the bloating, hopefully adhering to the guidelines posited on this site will help with that!
