Spices?

I had lunch at a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant the other day, even though I'd been having problems with IBS-D earlier in the morning. On their fries was this wonderful seasoning that I had a little bit of. Also had plain pasta and some hummus.. Something must not have agreed with me because right after lunch I had to find a bathroom immediately, and felt pretty crappy for the rest of the day.

Now I don't know if it's just because I had been having issues with my stomach earlier that day, or if the seasoning is something I should stay away from. I'd really like to have it again, but if it's going to cause issues like the other day, I'll stay far away from it.

Here are the ingredients: Salt, Herbs & Spices (Sumac, Thyme, Paprika, Saffron, Parsley & other Paymon's Secret Spices.) Garlic, Onion, Sesame Seeds, Cayenne, Cornstarch, Sugar.

Does this sound like something that would be bad for IBS-D?

* Much more likely to be the fries, not the seasoning on them...
