Sure, I have pain from top of gut to bottom at various times.
I don't know much about RA but I have heard really ultra-healthy diets high in omega fats and low in carbs and cals but high in veggies and fish help RA. You could modify that for IBS. You still have to have SF but you can get it from SFS (like acacia), and SF fruits and veggies instead of carby carbs. You can have all the fat you can safely eat (up to 1/3 of cals) be the omega 3 kind too.
