Sometimes I feel it right in my gut and in the lower part. Does anyone else experience this or am I only one? I hope not. Also, I have rhuematoid arthistis and does any food on the IBS diet trigger the inflammation and swelling of R.A.? I heard that white flour would cause inflammation. Does anyone know for sure?
