You're welcome. I can't live without my rice cooker now. That and my microwave (for potatoes) have become my two best kitchen friends.

It took me a while to really figure out what I can and can't eat, and I'm still working it out. Rice and a nice plain chicken breast is my fall-back dinner when I know nothing else can be eaten. Bake the chicken breast in the oven for about 30-40 minutes...easy peasy. You don't even have to put any sort of seasoning on it if you don't want.

You'll figure it out. There will always be some fall-back foods for you, the trick is finding out which ones they are. For me, white rice is the be-all and end-all.
