For Heather and all,

So, I just wrote in another post that . . .

". . . in our particular case, Heather's diet and advice appear to have been the key factors in calming wicked spasms and pain."
Apparently so. !
I think we're far enough into this journey that I can make that judgment with confidence, and so I finally feel that I can sincerely say thank you! Thank you, Heather, for making critical information available to a very desperate mom and a very sick little girl. We are better for having understood and employed some of your concepts, at least one of which - the importance of the crucial distinction between SF and IF! - has been categorically denied to me by medical specialists. What can I say? I know what I saw; I know what happened.
I know my daughter will not be eating for IBS for the long term, but I can't imagine where we would be right now if she hadn't done so for the short term. Well - actually, I guess I can imagine only too well, but I choose not to . . . !!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
kem (daughter w/ibs-d)
