If you are not stable eating out all the time and you want to be stable then something has to change. I never said you can never eat out - I did give suggestions on how to do it more safely. You really go to a fastfood restaurant every two hours? Can't you throw some food in a bag that you could snack on like the rest of us and then make yourself some dinner?
