Hey guys

I'd like to build up my ability to eat hummus, soy, and beans, because my college dining services next year will have those for lunch and dinner every day

The problem is that, especially garbonzo beans, make me really really gassy and uncomfortable. I've read that its because of an indigestible sugar, and your body needs to start producing enzymes for it

So, here are my options
1. Stick with my plan of eating small amounts of beans and suffer through the gas so my body will build up enzymes
2. Take beano (although I don't want to be dependent on it)
3. Don't eat the beans that give me the most trouble, like garbonzo, but build up beans like soy
4. your idea
