If you were IBS-C a little wheat in a lot of SF might be ok, but chances are with D you want to get your IF from another source other than WW. You might want to try a little WW flour and increase up to 1c to see if it is ok for you- if you already have WW flour on hand.

I make bread with organic bread flour that seems a little more nutritious than all purpose flour.
Peasant bread
1.5c water
3.5c bread flour
1T sugar
2.5t yeast
1t salt
2# loaf- French dark crust cycle

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
