Making bread

I've been making my own bread every day for awhile now.

**side note - I use this book Artisan Bread In Five Minutes A Day The Master recipe only has white flour, yeast, salt, and water. And it is SO fantastic. I love having safe fresh bread every day. I set it out to rise before I exercise and when I'm done I put it in the oven. Shower and when I'm out it's done then or shortly after.

Anyway - my question...

Do you think it would be safe to had some whole wheat flour?

The recipe calls for 6.5 cups of flour. There is a variation that says to use 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 5.5 cups of white flour.

Do you think I would still be safe with that?

I am worried about how much IF food I get in and I would feel better if I knew I was getting a little in such a safe way.

I do have some IF at every lunch and dinner meal. I just want to make sure it's enough.

Thanks for any input!
Camille
