I've had IBS-C since I was about 16, after a bout of gastroenteritis. I am now 37 and like so many others can't even begin to count the hours, days, years lost to fighting the IBS battle. Do the rest of you find that on your worst days or when your symptoms are especially bothersome that it is nearly impossible to concentrate on anything else, or do anything else when the symptoms are SO bad that all you can think of is relief? I sadly spent the last two days doing virtually nothing but walking around my house, trying various supplements etc.. and exercise to conquer excruciating bloat. When that happens, I feel like I have ADHD. Anyone else go through this?
