Slept really nice BUT I feel groggy today AND I feel quite backed up. I'm mulling if I should try it again or if one night was enough. This was supposed to help with IBS-C and instead has made it worse today, so I'm leaning towards 1 and done. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
