I cook 2 meals most nights or at least a meal and a half!! Steak for him and chicken breast for me. Seasoned rice for him and white rice for me. Yes it is a pain in the butt BUT he should not have to give up what he wants and likes just because I can't eat it and so this is our compromise. If I am having a bad day, he gets his own.....and something for me if I am able to eat. You have many many options.
