I am #5-#7 when I have too much insoluble fiber in my diet. Nuts, raw veggies and unpeeled cooked veggies are high in IF which stimulates the GI track , in my case increases motility and bowel spasms. I am #4 when my diet is right which is low in insoluble fiber and high in soluble fiber.
