Rapid Transit & Poor Absorption

I've been concerned the past few weeks about whether I'm getting the nutritional content of the food that I eat

Without going into graphic detail, my stool has resembled #6 on this chart
http://www.gillianmckeith.info/yourbody/health/stoolanalysispoochart.php

I used to be "IBS A," but now I almost never get constipated, and my stool usually is in the #4 to #7 range on that chart.

I've been eating a lot of nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), which feel fine but seem to cause what I'm concerned about the next day. I also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, both cooked and raw

Is this a sign of malabsorption, and is my health suffering as a result? What steps should I take to prevent this?
