I am 5'6 1/2" and weigh 118. I have weighed this my whole life even after gaining 35 lbs a piece with my two kids 15 years ago. I eat according to Healther's diet for the most part and have not lost any weight. Even when times are good and I can eat more liberally, I still do not gain weight though. So I think the diet will at least keep you where your body wants it's weight to be! Lori Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
