Heather....I use a lot of the canned chicken and tuna to help out throughout the day.
The BIG problem is breakfast.
The egg beaters I buy, they make me gassy.
I have Egg Protein Powder, which is OK, but if I have more than a few times a week it gives me problems.

Are the organic egg whites as opposed to the egg beaters usually more tolerable?
What about Rice Powder over Egg Powder?
Also...what about Luna Bars? I have tried cliff bars (the builders which have 20 grams of protein)....they can kind of give me problems.

The main thing is, I need to find a way to get protein at breakfast and as snack during the workday in the office.
You have to spread protein out evenly or else you get catabolism, which is bad.

In an office, as you probably know, it's best to have quick stuff (like bars) as opposed to cans and sandwiches (unless it's a lunch).

Can you recommend something to help give me say 15 grams of protein at breakfast and 15 as a snack in the office during the workday?

The rest of the day, I rely on chicken breasts and canned tuna/chicken.
