good fats vs bad fats?

I was wondering if almond butter and peanut butter are common trigger foods cause they are more of good fats opposed to bad fats? Also, I take fish oil as well. Can fish oil cause symptoms as well being they are good fats?

Lastly, is margarine a trigger food just like butter?
