I've been strictly following this diet for a few weeks now and I'm totally in love with it. Everything is eons better and I feel tons better.

I'm just wondering - am I ever not gonna have gas at all?? I'm trying to keep a food diary so I can figure out if something particular is causing it but I can't seem to find anything.

I had previously sometimes been having a small amount of dairy every now & then and I've figured out that's a problem for sure. So all dairy is out now but still with the gas every night.

Not painful like before by any means. Just there. And I'd rather not end every single night with gas, kwim?

Is there something I can or should be taking with every meal?

I'm doing the fiber too and I'm up to 1.5 tsp morning/night.

Thanks for any suggestions.
Camille
