I work at a health food store and we have tons of sprouted grain breads and tortillas, one of which is the Ezekiel bread line. I'm just starting the IBS diet strictly for a 1 month test to see how it works for me and wasn't sure if the sprouted grains was an option or not. I mean, it's nice to have the extra fiber if it won't cause abdominal pain... So you both found it easy on the system then? -------------------- IBS-D for 18 long years...
