I haven't tried those but a couple days ago I got the idea from a friend of a vegan friend (follow that? LOL) to puree some kind of canned white bean (with juice from can) and use it as mayo. She uses garbanzo beans I guess. I did it yesterday with great northern beans and it was very yummy!
