I just have to respond to this. First, you are going to have a hard time finding help if you keep blaming everyone else for your problems. Second, you might want to quit referring to everyone on this board as "YOU PEOPLE." We are here to help each other. Noone here is trying to make your life hard - they are trying to help you. I know - this sucks big time, and it takes time to make progress, but I refuse to let it beat me.

And in response to your menu, I can eat almost everything you listed, with exception of the chips. I might have a small glass of wine once every couple of years, but even then, it will mess me up for a week. Noone has ruined your social life because of "no alcohol." I really liked to party too, and I still do, just without the alcohol. It IS possible to have fun without drinking. And my friends love that they have a designated driver along. I haven't tried the cranberry juice, baked fries or spinach, so I'm not sure what they'd do to me, and I do turkey instead of chicken. I'm not sure what to suggest. In addition to eating a lot of soluble fiber, excercising regularly and getting enough sleep, probiotics and a very low-dose anxiety med helped me. Good luck!
